Top salespersons will make over 70k
Synergy Fitness has 7 Long Island locations.
We are seeking an experienced MEMBERSHIP SALESPERSON. This individual will report to the Sales Manager Some basic requirements include:
-experience generating sales on your own.
-heavy prospecting and lead generation.
-vast experience overcoming prospect objections.
-able to close via telephone and face to face.
OVERVIEW: Professionally promote and sell Memberships.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Meet production goals set forth by management.
-Conduct presentations and tours of the Club.
-Using The Synergy Fitness selling methods to discover prospective buyer’s fitness goals, their main motivation for joining, and any possible objections.
-Respond to all information calls using The Synergy Fitness sales method to obtain phone number and schedule an appointment.
-Demonstrate awareness of all current offers.
-Continuously develop leads and solicit referrals.
-Generate required number of contacts par to achieve Club sales goals.
ADMINISTRATIVE
-Maintain organized statistics on personal sales, information calls, and miscellaneous statistics on marketing or Club information.
-Maintain a production notebook and lead records and keep both updated and organized.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
-Represent the Company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
-Adhere to company standards for all department operations.
-Assist with special projects, events and promotions as needed.
-Attend all meetings and training sessions as required.
-Tour and phone shop the competition as required.
-Assist at the front desk.
-All other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
-Good attention to detail.
-Basic math skills.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Good human relations, member service skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and professional.
-Ability to make decisions.
