We currently have an opening for MARKETING GROUP MANAGER to join our Marketing Team on a full time basis. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the MARKETING GROUP MANAGER is responsible for Coordinating day-to-day marketing operations, provides recommendations, reporting to marketing director and senior management.
Key areas of responsibility:
• Assign conferences to Marketing Managers and allocate resources.
• Manage studio projects and workflow.
• Manage web projects, data and analysis projects and workflow.
• Manage the ACI Alumni program
•• Market a select number of strategically important conferences annually.
• Conduct status meetings with Marketing Managers.
• Responsible for plan structure, sign offs, evaluation and progress monitoring.
• Train new marketing staff members and interns
• Manage marketing assistants, executives and interns
• Monitor lead-times, seeds, mailings, and timelines and flag issues.
• Execute and monitor the program strategies developed by Marketing Director
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director

Education:
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business.
• 4+ years B2B Marketing Experience (Ideally in conferences, trade shows or publications)

• Proven ability to work with data, databases and contact management software
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communicator
Technical Capabilities:
• Microsoft Office (Excel required)
