Seeking outstanding individual to build or improve their career in the Insurance Industry
·Candidate must be outgoing and driven to succeed in a competitive environment with products that are rank among the best in the industry.

Job Purpose:
Build business within identified markets, targeting commercial, home, life, and auto customers
Duties:
·Develop prospects through an organized agency direct solicitation program, identify business opportunities using contacts and databases and establish affiliations through community affairs, affiliations and other contacts.
·Develop all information and recommendations for prospective accounts, present proposals and adhere to agency policies and procedures for writing a new product.
·Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities.
·Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
·Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards
Skills/Qualifications:
Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales, Bi-Lingual (Spanish Speaker) a plus
