A newly formed and innovative licensed brokerage firm is seeking agents for its company. Oak Hill Realty (OakHillRealty.com) has offices in Chelsea and uptown Manhattan. In addition to real estate brokerage services the firm handles the management of buildings (Oak Hill Management LLC) for our well-known founding family, manages property for other clients, and consults on raising money for large development deals throughout the United States (Oak Hill Financial).
We are currently recruiting for our Chelsea office. Agents will be charged no fees, given there own desk and phone, and access to the OLR online listing service. The commission split is negotiable but will be very favorable to the broker and exceed the industry norm. We`re looking for both brokers with some expereince who can produce steady income in the residential and commercial market but will also sponsor and train select applicants too! We`re looking for dependable and motivated workers who will work hard to be successful.
