ARTINFO seeks an experienced and resourceful online project manager. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with business owners and business analysts to translate the wants and needs of the business into online (web) application specifications. Additionally, the project manager is also required to develop and manage project plans, delivery dates for projects and vendor communication. It is also the project managers responsibility to ensure that the program scope and measurable success criteria have been defined. This person will manage and execute budgets for projects, liaison with development staff to manage deliverables for the project and ensure consistent project management processes are followed. Other tasks include developing operations flow chart for the product, functionality specifications reviews, use cases creation, mock-ups and wireframes and QA of the new products.
- Ensure that in-house and vendor development teams are able to meet objectives
- Keep project schedules and budgets current, and communicate scheduling and product delivery information effectively through the company
- Work closely with developers and business analysts to manage the preparation of various requirements
- Manage, prioritize, and schedule development of new products and product enhancements
- Understanding of web application design and development
- Proficient in online documentation techniques using wiki and web-based collaborative tracking tools
- Understanding of capabilities and restrictions of RIA (rich internet applications) techniques such as AJAX and web remoting (+)
- Experience in Agile methodology (+)
- Experience with wire framing, use cases, or UML methodologies (+)
