Our Firm is a leader in the commercial real estate industry, offering a range of innovative products and services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Origination, underwriting and structuring of new commercial mortgage loans.
Calling on regional and local banks for the purchase of distressed notes/ mortgages and offering Terrace’s consulting services to these lending institutions.
Requirements:
• 2 years of commercial mortgage origination experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and residential property types.
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to comprehend detailed financial information.
• Candidate must have strong negotiating and closing skills, exceptional time and priority management skills, and a team player mentality are crucial.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Compensation:
(Base salary of $25-35K + Profit Sharing (Total comp $75-$150K) (Base salary will not begin until $5MM in loans are closed. Profit sharing/ commission will begin immediately)
