The successful candidate is expected to design full Accommodation Strategies by liaison with the clients business unit representatives and attendance at Accommodation forums. Analysis of move requests, development of space plans, development of associated costs, gaining approvals, management of churn works and control and management of the space planning drawing database are all fundamental elements of the role. Key Accountabilities " Strategic space planning and department stacking skills " Reporting and management of space utilisation " Space Change and Move management expertise " Space planning " Site visits - client liaison, monitoring of work in progress " Production of costing and tender documents for office refurbishments " Management of drawing database " Development and management of drawing office procedures Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate must possess the following: " Experience of effectively managing resources*sub contractors both on and off site " Contracting background would be advantageous, either engineering or construction " Proficiency with use of SQL databases and AutoCAD software " BSc Building Surveying, British Institute of FM " A strong sense of teamwork " A flexible and can do approach to problem solving " Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deal with customers and peers in a professional and courteous manner " Ideally training undertaken within CDM regulations " Ideally IOSH and*or NEBOSH qualified
