The VP of Sales & Marketing will be part of the founding management team and will be responsible for building our brand, generating traffic, negotiating contracts and rapidly growing the revenues.
Requirements:
- Requires a minimum of 10+ years experience in eCommerce / online marketing and sales
- Bachelors degree preferably with an MBA in Marketing
- Deep knowledge of internet marketing, consumer marketing, direct-to-consumer and/or b2b online sales
- Excellent knowledge of Social Networking Technologies and prior experience in implementing viral marketing strategies via Facebook, myspace, Twitter, Digg,etc.
- Thorough understanding of how the consumer and retail side of Food & Beverage industry works and experience in Food, beverages and media marketing
- Have a passion for making healthy food choices, physical fitness and leading an overall healthy life. Prefer a health food and fitness enthusiast.

- Must be a self starter with substantial experience working in fast paced startup environments
- Excellent understanding of SEO best practices, SEM, Social Network Marketing and email marketing
- Substantial experience in driving customer retention/renewals, monetization and growth in subscription-based revenue models
- Highly analytical and metrics-driven approach to planning, managing and executing online business initiatives
- Ability to drive creative new approaches to online marketing campaigns
- Experience identifying, negotiating and managing high-impact partnerships with reputable food and beverage brands
Job Description:
- Build and manage high performance team of sales and marketing professionals
- Build and manage a massive and hugely complex online marketing strategy involving consumers, retailers and food and beverage companies
- Build the brand
- Develop excellent relationships with retailers, distributors and food companies and negotiate sales and licensing Agreements
- Take complete P/L responsibility
