Using the Construction Management process, our projects are consistently delivered to clients on time and within budget. They have vast experience in the commercial, residential, leisure, banking, and retail sectors, often within fully operational environments. They also have major experience in listed buildings and specialise in refurbishment and restoration, as well as new build projects.
They are also hugely proactive in the design and application of bespoke technology to enhance the successful management of their projects. All their clients have the opportunity to utilise the applications and they believe their introduction has had a major impact on the success of their recent projects. Their systems assist the teams to control all aspects of construction management including cost control, risk management, change control, quality & programme management and health & safety.
A Construction Manager*Site Manager is required by this company to work on one of their numerous projects within the South Yorkshire region. They are currently undertaking 4 projects within the Sheffield area that range in size from £10-25million and include both residential and mixed use sites. As Construction Manager you will be working as the number 2 on site under a designated Project Manager. The work will include full day to day management of the site and all subcontractors.
