Community Bank servicing the South Asian community seeks Mortgage Reps to work as branch loan officers.
We are recruiting experienced, loan officers to become part of our Residential Loan Department. We are seeking qualified loan officers that are actively generating their own leads. We close in our name with our own money. We underwrite and fund our own loans so you’ll have easy access to the underwriter to discuss scenarios and satisfy conditions quickly and efficiently.
We have an excellent array of products that are hard to find anywhere else. Besides conforming and FHA, we have Stated Income, Stated Jumbo, Portfolio Loans, construction loans and HELOCs. We also have an excellent commercial and SBA loan department so you can get paid for just referring a commercial client.
We will underwrite loans that make sense. If the new lending are hurting your loans, you may be able to do the same loan under our Portfolio Loan program.
