Top tier fashion conglomerate is looking for a superstar Executive Assistant to join their human resources team. The ideal candidate will have 3 solid years of executive support experience, a polished presentation, an outgoing personality and a naturally proactive work ethic to keep all logistical details in check without missing a beat.
This person will work as a floater in the HR department but will be asked to fill in on an as needed basis in other departments, so you must be flexible to take on additional tasks. You should have excellent organizational, written and MS Office skills as well as a “can-do” attitude and the ability to multitask with the best of them. The position will start as temporary with the possibility of going permanent within three months.
