One of the largest independent consulting engineering practices in the UK is seeking an Engineer*Assistant Engineer for its Riversand Hydrology Department in Northampton.
Candidates will ideally have a first degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and preferably a post-graduate qualification in a water based discipline. Knowledge of FEH, PPG25 and HECRAS*ISIS is preferred and experience of GIS would be desirable.
Current project work in the group includes flood risk assessments, drainage design and the design of small rivers schemes.
