Administrative Assistant/College Graduate. Prestigious financial services company seeks addition to staff. This is an excellent opportunity where you will be part of a dynamic team providing both administrative and research support to a busy investment group. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: compiling client research information utilizing Bloomberg as well as other financial platforms, coordinating meetings and conference calls with management teams, handling monthly expense reports, and see to all travel arrangements.
Requirements: Background will include: a 4 year college degree with a GPA of 3.0+, 4 years of administrative assistant/research experience out of an investment banking/financial services company after college, and strong MSOffice as well as Bloomberg software. Position is located in Southern Connecticut. Salary to $65,000 depending on experience, full benefit package as well as Bonus.
