Experience of staff supervision*management and can demonstrate the ability to deal with the range of issues involving staff management within a performance management framework Experience of managing the conflicting needs of clients in a single process (i.e. Local Authority*Landlords*Tenants Experience of providing a housing management service in a contract environment Able to demonstrate presentation skills sufficient to provide training sessions for small groups of staff and to present team briefings.
