We are presently seeking a motivated and professional Senior Financial Analyst to work with our International Finance Group in our White Plains, NY location. The position entails monthly
accounting and general ledger closings, financial reporting and analysis, as well as budgeting. The incumbent must have the desire to go beyond summarizing data and become a business partner with
other areas of the organization in order to drive efficiencies and bottom line growth.
Qualified candidate must possess 5-8 years of accounting/financial reporting experience that extends to the following: proficiency with the full range of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel)
for design and development of spreadsheets, hands-on experience with Access, a thorough understanding of the P&L, ability to identify areas for margin improvement, strong analytical skills, hands-on
budgeting experience and the ability to manage multiple projects with little supervision. Experienced in forecasting and educational publishing is preferred along with a familiarity of Business Objects, SAP,
Hyperion Reporting highly desirable. Relevant BA and the ability to deal with all levels of staff is expected. Flexibility in schedule and overtime occasionally required.
