Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to take responsibility for the parts operation at their depot based outside Cambridge.
Main duties will include:
* Co-ordinating all logistic activities in the warehouse and parts office
* Supporting the service operation
* Liaising between customers and support services to provide exemplary customer service, whilst building a first class relationship with the customers.
* Work closely with the Service Supervisor and the Parts Manager to improve all logistic activities such as stock management, inventory, despatch and returns.
Applicants should have a flexible and positive attitude and be willing to give exceptional customer service at all times. Some technical expertise is preferable and knowledge of our range of equipment would be an advantage. Candidates should be computer literate and be able to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills. In addition to this, you should be able to communicate at all levels, and be capable of working to very high standards. Experience in an automotive-based parts operation would be useful, but is not essential.
Own transport essential.
