Our client seeks to recruit a leasehold professional who will lead and motivate a team of Leasehold Officers providing an excellent service to leasehold customers.As well as leading on best practice, you will help to resolve complaints, and seek to achieve cost savings for our clients home ownership department. You will also prepare and present leasehold and valuation tribunal applications and defenses.The successful candidate will have at least two years leasehold*property management experience and a working knowledge of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act.
