DO YOU PREFER TAKING INBOUND CALLS, BUT STILL LIKE TO EARN SALES BONUSES?
We are currently looking for Inbound Customer Service*Sales Advisors to join the personal lending team in the contact centre for one of the UK`s biggest financial institutions.
Salary: Ј12,750 basic + generous commission + shift allowance. Working hours: between 8am and 10pm Monday to Sunday - choose to work either an 8 or 10 hour shift pattern to suit your lifestyle.
THE ROLE: To provide personal lending services to new and existing customers. To ensure that all customer calls and correspondence are handled in professional and courteous manner in accordance with company policies and within defined Service Level Agreements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS - Handle inbound calls from existing customers and members of the general public enquiring about personal loans and financial products - Provide excellent customer service and financial advice based on product knowledge as trained - Receive and process applications for new loans and associated financial products from multiple channels*sources - Work towards sales and call targets, receiving generous bonuses for loan sales achieved - Take and employ responsibility for handling customers` confidential information. - Be a team player and considerate of others. - Be aware of call time and SLAs and how these interact with the incentive scheme.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Customer focus - Proven sales experience - A positive and helpful attitude - Good communicator- verbal and written - Ability to work under pressure whilst holding a professional manner - Self motivated - Accuracy when inputting data - Ability to work on own initiative - Focus on targets and goals both individual and that of the team - Trustworthy - Knowledge of Microsoft Word and other related packages
