The company`s standard package includes car*allowance, 22 days holiday, share options (can be worth more than salary over time), a performance related bonus scheme, a healthy (7%) pension contribution and insurances valued at £750.
An Associate Director is required to join a multi-disciplinary office in Leeds, within a Structures team of 12 staff of varying levels. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a relatively new office, of 65 staff. The main thrust of this role is business development within the local marketplace. Current project workload is developer led and is usually multi-disciplinary.
