Our Client are a leading Maintenance Contractor with a specific healthcare division which extends to approximately ten private hospitals or critical care centres in the S*W London, Berkshire & Northern Home Counties. They are seeking to recruit a competent manager to head this division.
The successful candidate will ideally be technically competent and a strong man manager. Financial acumen is not a necessarily within this role as whilst you will be required to monitor the contract finances the contracts are let on a comprehensive basis and any financial targets are set against service delivery therefore it is more important to be focused on service delivery, compliance to the statuary legislative requirements and ensuring that all quality control*systems are maintained.
Duties:
Day to day operations of specific sites (as defined at start of employment) Note: these may be altered from time to time, as the business needs change
Taking part in supervisor on call rota
Provide technical support to sites as and when required
Carry out routine & random checks to insure PPM & reactive works are being completed in a timely manner & of the quality expected by our client
To liase with the customer representative & attend contract meetings as and when required
Responsibilities
Insuring that SH&E requirements are met
Insuring that all sites have adequate engineering cover at all times
Insuring that the companys quality procedure is being followed
Insuring that sites have adequate call out cover
Knowledge
Sound knowledge of technical services
Previous supervisory experience with in the maintenance industry
An understanding of quality procedures and there importance
Salary to Ј36,000 + company vehicle, pension, private health insurance
