Skills Required: SGSN GGSN CPN PBN BAN SGW
Duties Include: General Business*Operational Skills· Good customer handling skills – working directly with Test teams in support and assistance Hands-on experience and capability to investigate*identify 1st-line faults Documentation control especially in managing telecoms configuration information Able to multi-task and support multiple test booking requests Flexible and adaptable – able to take proactive approach to support the customer
Specific NTE tasks and activities Technical assistance to review booking requests and resource requirements Build*set-up test environments as outlined in booking requests*technical design Customer support during testing – meet*introduce test teams, 1st level suppor Decommission test environments post-test – capture configurations etc· Maintenance activities across test environmentMSB Technology (a division of MSB International PLC) is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
