Main purpose of the role is to manage the department ensuring targets are achieved and to implement operational changes when necessary.
KEY RESULT AREAS - Manage 2 Supervisors and 5 Team Leaders - Manage all activities in relation to HP Payout - To monitor and measure teams effectiveness - To provide feedback and coaching - To monitor and review the effectiveness of work procedures - To develop Supervisors
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS - Identify opportnuities to improve payout process Ensure Brokers are reconciled and reported to Regional Managers weekly
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience at Senior level - Management of People skills - Organisation and planning skills - Good knowledge of IT skills - FSA Advanced Level
