Job Title: Facilities Manager Hourly Rate: £ 27’000 Based: Paddington London Permanent Ref: KEFM2 Our client an established and successful UK Facilities Management organisation has recently acquired new premises in West London. Due to expansion they are currently seeking an experienced individual to join their team. You will be responsible for the overall management, co-ordination and control of the facilities staff, suppliers, contractors and resources. Duties: To manage the effective, efficient and competitive delivery of facilities management services on site To meet business and customer needs, service levels and contract specifications To manage and co-ordinate Facilities projects, office moves, fit out, refurbish and upgrade buildings To develop and review facilities procedures and practices Supervision of all facilities staff and contractors To support Area Manager in preparing local budgets and expenditure to ensure cost effectiveness Training staff, developing and implementing appropriate competencies To ensure that facilities standards are continually improved and to ensure that targets are achieved. The successful candidate will possess: Successful candidates must have a minimum 3 years experience in a facilities management role Experience of supervising staff* or contractors Good planning and organisational skills Knowledge of Health & safety and other standards relating to buildings Working knowledge of building systems HVAC Project Management skills Member of a recognised facilities*building association Professional qualification Computer literate Mobile with good driving record Customer focused with good interpersonal skills Good team player If you fill the above criteria and are interested in the role, please apply now by sending your CV.
