COMPUTER PEOPLE WILL PAY COMPETITIVELY My Government client is looking for a Head of HR Systems*Database Analyst to be based in London for an initial 6 months to start in Sept*Oct time.
All Candidates must hold current Security clearance to at least CTC Level Applicants need to have experience with
Understanding of HR systems and in particular current developments in this area
Experience of managing complex databases over a period of at least three years
Demonstrable evidence of managing customer expectations
Proactive attitude to engaging stakeholders and gaining involvement of interested parties
Rational, analytical with problem solving ability Identifying and tackling issues whilst engaging tactfully and effectively with stakeholders
A sound knowledge of data modelling
Possessing good communication skills and a persistent progress chaser
Demonstrable experience of and establishing and maintaining data integrity in a database.
Ability to work with key stakeholders to ensure a successful change implementation.
Effective project management and team management skills and relevant experience.
Desirable criteria - qualifications, knowledge, skills or experience
A minimum of three years experience of working in government environments.
Experience of HR databases in general and Snowdrop in particular
Broad technical background with solid application experience.
