Our client is the leading supplier of Fireworks in the UK backed by a $4 billion multi-national group. With the market strength of their world famous brands and big plans for expansion now becoming reality they are now ready to strengthen their commercial team by looking for a National Account Manager to join them at their Yorkshire based Head Office..
The National Account Manager role involves providing a comprehensive and professional service to designated and new national accounts. Ensuring that each account is managed in line with budget and targets as determined by the Senior NAM*Sales and Marketing Director. Build solid business relationships with existing accounts and bring in new business to the company. Other responsibilities will include providing a high level of support and service to each account that result in retaining their business year on year. Also To understand competitor strengths and weaknesses and to attend trade shows plus overseas travel will be a feature of the National Account Manager role.
The ideal candidate must have three years sales experience with a minimum of 12 months exposure to National Account Management. This role would suit someone with a strong track record of achievement within major key accounts and possibly first tier national accounts and also be ready to take on the challenge of managing all aspects of the companys relationships with major customers in the Grocery and DIY sectors. This role could suit a Key Account Executive*Manager who is looking for the next step up in their career. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career with a marketing leading organisation.
