Senior Business Development Manager : Facilities Management Services
THE CLIENT: Our client is widely acknowledged as one of the market leaders in facilities management services employing over 5500 people and enjoying an annual turnover of £180m. Due to recent promotion they now seek an experienced sales professional to further develop the lucrative South East territory.
THE ROLE: Selling the services of engineering maintenance of lifts, heating, ventilation and air conditioning etc to a broad range of clients including Government Offices, Financials and Major Retailers. You will be a rounded and capable individual with highly polished sales and closing skills, with a background in selling contract services and solutions to the blue chip market place. Any knowledge of the Building Services marketplace would be an advantage.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £35-42,000
Commission*Bonus: £70-75,000
Company Car: 2.0 Executive car or Allowance
