Our client, a construction department based in the gatwick area, are looking to recruit an administrator, data-inputter with excellent database knowledge as soon as possible for an ongoing temporary assignment.
Main duties will include data-entry and ad hoc admin such as filing, photocopying, phones and faxing. It is absolutely essential that you have experience of working on a system called MAXIMO, excellent general database knowledge and strong administration skills to be considered for this role. You will need a good eye for detail, strong accuracy and numerical skills and the ability to learn and pick up new systems quickly.
