Based in the City Centre this professional services firm requires Operations and Resourcing support in the North West working for the North West Resourcing Manager and the North Operations Manager. Responsibilities include:-
- Being the main point of contact for all administration or operations issues in the local offices (Manchester and Liverpool) · - Responsible for all administration relating to new joiners, e.g. graduates, technicians, experienced hires, secondees. - To be responsible for the leaving process for all North West leavers e Preparing and analysing information for a variety of reports (both Operations and Resourcing) Working with other Operations staff within the team, e.g. training, finance, graduate recruitment · To be proactive and make the best use of the resources available at all times, maximising their utilisation while being aware of their development needs, and the requirements of the job in terms of skills and level of experience. Work with Group Leaders to agree executive portfolios and group objectives (e.g. year end planning deadlines) · Working closely with others within the North Resourcing team, particularly the other Resource Planner in the North West, and with other Resourcing Teams across the UK. Deputising for the Resource Manager in his*her absence, when appropriate
Candidates must have strong organisational and time management skills, a high degree of accuracy and an ability to prioritise work effectively, strong negotiation, assertiveness and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to work with people at all levels, ability to work well under pressure, including making informed decisions quickly and competently ·
