Our client is seeking to appoint an exceptional individual for a new programme that will develop and deliver a comprehensive range of education and services `products`. The aim of the programme is to underpin the sustainable development of the SME and Early-stage manufacturing sectors within both the UK and international economies, and support our clients work with larger firms.
Fellow, Education Programme Development
Key Aspects of the Role are to:
Identify the benefits and constraints for the different forms of educational packages, such as slide shows, work books, exercises, video, CD and internet
Develop an understanding of the lead-time and costs associated with the different packages
Develop a set of material standards that will be suitable for the post-graduate course in Industrial Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management, award-bearing courses and external education courses, with the minimum amount of change
Develop a work plan for productising the material needed for the post-graduate course in Industrial Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management
Work with the authors to productise material.
Experience*Skills required:
Excellent abilities to manipulate material from Microsoft Office Packages (most original material will be in MS Word or PowerPoint)
Experience of desk top publishing.
Knowledge of how to integrate multi-media based content into lecture or exercise packages.
Understanding of the technologies*software associated with distance learning, video-conference and internet delivery
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Salary £Depending on experience
