Our client, a leading international company with a large international presence are currently recruiting for fluent or mother tongue speakers of French, Italian, German or Spanish to work as a Game Localisation Testers for their offices in Cambridgeshire.

The Role:

The role will be required to check text and audio within software games and report any errors and report to the Quality Manager (i.e. grammar, spelling, punctuation, pronunciation). Work will include testing pre-release software across numerous gaming platforms for some of the biggest publishers in the world.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates must be fluent in French, Italian, German or Spanish to mother tongue standard or equivalent. In addition, candidates should be fluent in English as well. The right candidate will have good attention to detail, experience in translation or games testing and ideally a passion for games.

Salary/Additional Information:

The hourly pay is £6.50 inclusive of accrued holiday pay (£5.90 basic). This role is initially on a three month contract with a view to becoming permanent if candidates are suitable
